Hard to believe that 2015 is over and the dawn of a New Year upon us. It had been two months since I updated my stats so I thought I'd close out this challenge before next year's (tomorrow
) begin. My weight loss this year was a mere blip, maybe 5 pounds, but I'm thrilled that I kept up my walking. As I've said on other threads (maybe here too!) I make so many promises to myself that I don't keep that I'm shocked when I actually do keep one and am successful. Looking forward to a healthier and more mindful 2016.
