will be up tomorrow so won't make the goal I set but feel like I've had a successful month and learned a lot about where I'm at and how to make progress, will try to do a better job setting my goal for next month. I did lose 4 by my weekly WI's...feeling positive
Mossy at least you got that one, I thought at this weight it'd be easier for me to drop some weight, but it's really hard! we'll get there, slow but sure.
