2200 minutes for me.
My goal is to stick to my personal exercise schedule through the whole month. This is typically exercising 6 days a week with a rest day on Thursday with some changes made to account for traveling.
I'm in - will add my #'s later.
Just getting back into my goals and the exercise seems to be the hardest part for me this time. I'm trying to make sure my goals are realistic for me and my schedule. I will strive for more but for December I am committing to a minimum of 120 minutes per week...40 mins 3 times per week. If I can make it a habit again then I start enjoying it and start wanting to go more. Good luck everybody!!

Hi everyone, I'm completely new to this so please help me out!!
For December, I would very much like to lose at least 5 kilos (10pounds?). I'm currently working out almost everyday, started to work out on November 6th, but haven't lost a single pound! :( |
Starting C25K this month. My goal is to start that and stick to it during all the Christmas festivities!
I am in and my goal is 1620 minutes
My goal is to work out 4 days a week and get 1000 min and 100 km
I am in again.
As before, saying for sure what I will do is difficult. But I think I can safely say working... physical working three hours per day or combo of that and some sort of exercise. Most of my "workout" will be finishing my garden preparations which consist of one more raised bed to finish, two more to do and one more greenhouse to erect and fill which will entail about 5 tons of soil to place back in a raised bed which still has to be built, 7 tons to dig out of another one 50' x 2' wide by 18" deep with wire gopher barrier placed in it, soil mixed with soil conditioners, the raised bed then soil mix placed back in and planted. Then another raised bed 4' x 25' same. That will have the same amount of soil to be removed and replaced as the former. What I do not get done I am sure will be waiting for me in January :) But that is next year, right ;) B F R PS: ljeongweon, congrats on joining and starting exercising. You have been exercising for three weeks now, and must have gotten rather sore doing so, and snapping out of that by now. Muscles will add liquid around them when overworked at first and feel sore. Natures way of protecting them. So that will explain not losing for the first two weeks, and in doing that exercise you will be growing more muscle tissue, which weighs more than fat but takes up less room. So you must be able to see the difference in your size somewhat by now. Also muscle consumes more calories that fat so your weight loss should be showing soon and if you are exercising hard your weight will start downward fast. Hang in and good luck, I wish I could exercise well like that :) Good luck with it. |
