) I did over 2500 calories work shoveling etc yesterday and only 1000 calories... Even resisted eating that big beautiful ripe mango sitting here on my desk.... Weighed last night, which I seldom do and with clothes on was 207... Thougt WOW! 6 off for clothes, and a normal drop off of over 6 lbs at night... I WILL BE ABOUT 194 in the morning !! Fantastic !! But instead of waking in the middle of the night and having to use the bathroom I woke and was very thirsty and dehydrated so I drank a pint of water with half a lemon juice in it. And this morning, my scales double crossed me, am up one lb instead of down 4 more !!! (scales for sale cheap)
Well, so much for expectations
Goal weight 193, 13 lbs off, no more going over 2200 max even on insane days
