Anyone can join!

Just post your starting weight (SW), current weight (CW) and goal weight (GW) for the challenge and come back to update your weight.

First one to lose 5 lbs gets to start a new thread for another 5lb challenge.

Well, I am finally going to sign up for this one again

I won the last one with that surprise 204.4 weight. A few weeks ago... and have not seen that weight since. My weight now is 207.2 and I think I am on the way down .... again.

So I will use the 204.4 winning weight as my starting weight for this, making it 199.4 for winning goal. However I have 7.8 lbs to deal with to get there.

Hang in here gals and GO FOR IT !!!!

Whoa, Nellie! My 5lb were STOLEN! Should I call the police?

FYI: I had a surgery last week (and in Sept) and have been rather sedentary....plus turkey and stuffing....I've been on a VLC regimen the past few days and am now back at work, so I'm sure it's all fluid. BUT, I'll take it because I sure need a pick-me-up.
