I'm not doing that good on my diet. Must pick up my boot straps and get my act together. (so far starting weight - 160: 158, 158, 159)
We just got our first snow fall so I guess walks are out. I hate the cold!!

wantochange , don't worry about yesterday, just go from today!
So, Thanksgiving didn't so NEAR as much damage as I thought! I was very good! Hoping to be back to my preThanksgiving weight by Wednesday and just consider the last week a wash.

I'm nothing if not consistent!!
I was off sick Mon Tue Wed last week and Wed Thur Fri this week. This cold has taken my husband and I to task. Hope it goes away soon. I'm sick of being sick. No energy at all. Went grocery shopping and it took an hour from home to home and I'm bushed. I don't like this feeling.
Jan 2nd I am going to do an elimination diet. I have food sensitivities and have noticed that I am really feeling bloated the last few months. Maybe it has to do with the sensitivities?? I'd do it now but that's just asking for failure during the holiday season.
hope everyone is doing better than me.
