Goal: 540 km on my stationary bike, 5.000 steps a day, start strength training.
Will also not count steps on migraine days and may lower the amount of km i want to do on the stationary bike if i keep on having crysis.
I was actually able to walk OUTSIDE and am well over the 5,000 steps for today. Good thing because the shot in my left knee requires 24 hours of "babying that knee by resting it. I've put ice on it and now to go back to my good book.
Man I was just exhausted today. It took everything in me to finish that half hour on the Arc trainer. Was gong to do strength too but I was feeling too week. Tomorrow!

So today I was thinking about ways to make sure I make goal this month, I figured I have to average 50 minutes a day to make 1500, so that kind of motivated me today to think if I don't get a walk in at work, that's really putting me behind for the day, I think I'll try keeping track of where I'm at, see if it motivates me or becomes a chore.

Jez: I have a FitBit One and I like it. Although, I must admit, the novelty has worn off. At the moment, I'm still wearing it but never looking at the results! I want to keep the habit because I think I'll want to incorporate it into my goals next month or in January.
Goal: 1200 min including 8 strength-training sessions
1 - 1.4 miles
2 - 1.3 miles
3 - 1.1 miles
4 - 6.4 miles
I've been battling a cold the last few days. Powered through it for over 6 miles yesterday!
Edit to add: I have a Fitbit One. I got it at the end of May and have worn it every day (except one, I think) since I got it. I don't wear it over night anymore, because the wrist band kept falling off or getting caught on pillows/blankets, but I wear it from the time I get up until I get in bed at night. I'll probably be upgrading to one of their newer models in the spring.
