Today I hit my goal for the month! What a Thanksgiving to be thankful for 246-237 pretty pumped about this 9 pound loss!

Made goal! No turkey overstuffing today given I worked all day and I'm working all day tomorrow and Saturday, so no chance of screwing up.

And thanks for all the congratulations guys! I'm quite happy to have made my year-end goal already. It's nice to have that cushion and have any December weight loss be gravy.

Bonus: Officially under 100lbs. away from goal!

Well, Not so good this month, not focusing well or being consistent with food or exercise. Good news here is I know how I can improve next month. I think I'll join December weight loss and weight every day.

So, I had Thanksgiving supper on Wednesday, Thanksgiving lunch on Thursday, ate at McDonald's on Thursday evening, ate at Cracker Barrel for lunch today and ate Thanksgiving left overs for supper tonight.

11/26: 235.0
11/27: 235.8
11/28: 237.0

I may skip tomorrow's weight-in! Gotta go for a walk/jog tomorrow and I am, if everything goes as planned, starting C25K on Monday.

Welcome aboard! I look forward to seeing you around in December! As far as keeping track of your weight lose with a ticker, you have to be a member for a certain amount of time before it allows you to add those.
