26 miles on foot this month? Walk or run. Not in under three hours, not in a single day, but over the month. You can do it outdoors, indoors, on the track, on the treadmill, on the elliptical, what ever works for you. You can do a mile per day, or several miles at a time. You can do a multiple marathons over the course of the month if that's more your speed.
