Weed in review
W: finishing up my last 4 oz on a bit
E: will be 20000 steps by end. Boot camp kicked my tush. Did C210K w2d1 as the other day was easier.
E: funerals have bad food. Had a spinach banana shake to counter bad lunch. Went over 1800 calories but just by a bit. 1844 in.
D: looking back pleased with my choices.

Weed for tomorrow
W:100 oz
E: yoga at night. Walk in afternoon and hopefully am. 13000 steps should be doable.
E: 1800 calories. Going to plan meals next.
D:take it one day at a time.

Got a disheartening call tonight. Buyers backed obut. Their inspector was a moron. Back to square one and ready to walk away. Bah!

Aw Kris, I'm sorry. That sucks. I wish I was there and could try to get that sold for you. Do you know what the issues were that they found alarming? Is it something that you can address to make it a non-issue for the next buyer?

Oh Kris- That sucks. I know how you feel. We have had two lowball offers. I want to sell my house and move on to our together home. Hopefully you will sell soon.

So I did a 3 mile walk...yes a walk. Not too happy with that. Not sure how long I can settle for that. We shall see. Scale today...still 175.2

Exercise no walk 9250 steps total. Good yoga class.
Eating. Ended up about 2100 calorie. 500 of that was junk after yoga. I should have gone right to bed. I need to figure out what triggers me. If I don't know what I want to eat then I shouldn't eat. I counted it though.

Thanks for all the support on the house stuff girls. It's a bit of a black cloud hanging around, but it's just a moment.

Mavie - come to find out the buyers agent was brand new. This was the first time she had ever written an offer and probably didn't know how to handle the inspection report. Minor stuff but were $1000 out on the septic pump and clearance and termite report. All things we can use if another offer comes. They wouldn't give us a copy of the report but we know the basics, so... We will decide if we sink more $ in or not in the next few days.

Carma you are kicking butt on tracking yourself sister. Make me wanna get my body bug out and start paying attention!

Mindy - you deserve your together home. I'll send prayers and good vibes your way too.

Jen -ahhhh 2 days. Enjoy. Get a massage!

Diana and Nicki

I leave October 9th for 2weeks in Idaho. Really looking forward to it. Lots to do before then at work and home. Keep me on track ladies. I need to stop the mindless smoking. It's such a love hate relationship, and I can't believe I'm still at it. Gotta pull my head out.

Early day tomorrow with a late meeting. At least it's my Friday!

E:going to try and drag my but out of bed for a 20 minute am walk. Post lunch 10 minute walk. 30 minute afternoon walk and 10 minute post dinner walk. Try to weight lift as well.
E: 1800 calories or less. Planning on eating at home for dinner.
D: can't is not an option

Back to work today. I finished my painting projects!!! Two rooms left to do and the whole house will be like new!! I was going to use next weekend off to get my pantry done, but DH really wants to spend the time just relaxing. That sounds good to me.

Work I STRESSFUL, time is short. Lucky to get in a workout. Don't tell PT but I jogged last night, 2 miles. Had to do it. The scale is stuck. 175.2. Not getting out of the 170's that way.

Off to a union meeting this morning to see if our principal can screw us all over like she seems to be planning on. FUN!!

Kris, Sorry to hear your house buyers backed out. Will you re-list on the market right away?

Jeni, Your painting progress is fantastic. Is the bathroom your last room to paint? I picked up primer for my son's room and have chosen the wall and furniture colors as well.

Diana: I do yoga one day most weeks, sometimes 2 days. Enjoy your workshop. I have no choice but to weed daily. I had to go back to the basics.

E: missed am walk, lunch walk check, took afternoon nap not walk, walked 45 minutes after supper. 13323 steps. No weight lifting.
E:1710 for calories. That scale better move in the am.
D: no can't today.

E: c210kw2d3 and walk. Working 8 hr shift. Will walk at lunch. 20000 step goal.
