6- 339/1500 - 68 min 3.2 mile walk (c25k)

Sept Goal: 800 minutes, including 8 strength training sessions = 465 minutes left.

9/6~ I spent the day running after a bunch of kids at my sons birthday party....didn't walk. I am going to try to add that this week. I may possible add some time in the gym as well.
