Okay, am I the only one who gained instead of lost?
Goal: Maintaining 135 - yesterday's weight was 135 but this morning was 137. Arrrgh.
Goal: Improve diet: more calcium, vegies, green tea
First week - Eating pretty much on plan.
--Vegies - it has been
so easy as the farmers' market is loaded now that the harvest is upon them. Definitely the time of year to try new items, or new variations. Everything is fresh & great tasting.
--Substituting tea for some of my coffee most every day.
--Calcium - well, I like yogurt but somehow passed it by for ice cream a couple of nights.
