Just spent the last 5 days on vacation - last one before school starts. As you can see I have not been on plan. Going to try and still make goal by the end of the month. I see lots of salads and fruits and veggies in my future!
I've been eating a little bit more than usual every day. Work is so stressful right now and i'm feeling crazy hungry some days! Why do i have weeks when i feel satisfied with the amount of food i eat and others in which i am so hungry? Do any of you guys go through this?
Marina_Brasil: yep. One of the things I discovered when I quit overeating was that some days are hungrier than others. Who knew? I often just tell myself that and it makes it easier to stick to my plan. Occasionally, I'll allow an extra small snack -- something that I might have planned had I known I was going to be hungry.

Ha! I misread the scale yesterday because I was so sure that I gained. In fact, I lost and today, with yesterday's extra-effort. I met my goal! But I'm setting another one because I want to keep going this month. I would love to get down to 80, this month, so I'm going for another 1.9 kgs.

As I suspected, yesterday's large loss was due in part to weighing myself later than usual. Still, I'm down almost 4 lbs so far this month, so I can't complain.

gardner joy I also found out about hungrier days after I controlled my binging but I still don't know why they happen. I'll binge from time to time, but it's not that usual anymore so i consider it under control. I still overeat, but i wouldn't call those binging episodes. I'll follow your tip and have extra snacks for my hungry days, because I know it wouldn't work for me to feel hungry and eat nothing extra. I migh consider eating at maintenance mode or close to that when those days come by. Oh, and congrats on your weight loss!
