I haven't posted for a few days since I've been swamped with work. I had a slight gain, then held steady, and then moved in the right direction again this morning. I'm now halfway to meeting August's goal!

boatingmommy I'm sure we'll do better as the vacations, picnics, etc. wind down, was talking to DH this morning about where we'd be if we didn't work on getting the weight off after every weekend, I'd be starting all over, for the umpteenth time.

Kelijpa - Yes, I do so much better in the colder weather when we are not on the go so much. If I can just get back on track...but I don't seem to be able to in the past couple of months. Let's make a pact to hit it hard...after Labor Day...haha! Still got some boating and camping to do. I agree if I didn't at least try and be good during the week, I'd be back to the 180s again real quick!
