Default This is Why We Plank (August Edition)

So I've fallen back in love with planking. In an effort to continue to increase my plank skills, I've decided to work on the following:

1. Static Plank Pose
Guidelines: Hold an elbow plank for as long as possible. Hold a top-of-pushup plank for as long as possible. Aim to increase the time you are holding your plank for by five seconds a day.

2. Dynamic Plank Poses
Guidelines: Cycle through an elbow plank and top-of-pushup plank. A full cycle should consist of a four count beat. From a top plank: 1) down onto one elbow, 2) down on both elbows, 3) up on one hand, 4) up on both hands to return to a top plank position. Perform this cycle as many times as possible and aim to add a second set of reps each week, bringing you to four full sets by the end of the challenge. Increase reps as possible.
