So still sick no workouts for me going tomorrow for an ultrasound to check for gallbladder issues.not sure if I can trust it Becuase I've been eating soup mostly.
kurisitaru, I feel you. I know I look SO CLOSE to 5 pounds lost but the reality is I've only lost .2 pounds from my low in the past two weeks. Gahhhhhh!

You've all lost more than me thus spurt. XD I had one off night and missed working out. My Fiance wanted to do the Shred with me so I went back to level one, and he is NOT committed to doing it every night like I was.
I miss most nights... and while I could just do level 3 on nights he doesn't feel like it, I use it as an excuse not to. I thought his doing it with me would motivate us BOTH and so far it's only derailed me.
@nonameslob still bad its not a tummy bug we dont think.i had an ultrasound today and i hope to know by friday if its my gallbladder.I had to take the week off work.Any car ride for more than 2 min after i get out i get very nasuseus and dry heave same thing if im standing for more than 3 minutes.Not sure when i will be able to workout again.
.my scale is showing 151 today but im going to wait a day or 2 to offically enter it because at the doc yesterday i was 152
