Here are the rules : The fastest to shed 2 % of their body weight wins. To calculate 2 % just multiply .02 with your body weight and round off to the nearest 0.1/0.2 lbs (which ever your scale shows). Winner starts the new thread!
I have so much bloat... Heavy weekend of eating and drinking....
I will be sitting this one out because I am sure I would drop the 2% in a few days, and it would not be fair -- Or I will hop on board after a few days...
I feel horrible!! I can't believe that I did this to myself. I was losing so well and eating right, and I totally blew it! I WILL DO THIS! Back on the wagon today. Breakfast and Lunch is done/figured out and I will have dinner figured out by the time I leave work today to fit into my calorie range. I will exercise tonight when I get home and drink a ton of water to flush all of this garbage out of my system.
