Default Sexy Summer Chick Challenge

Hi my name is Tammy (Dumplin) I am starting a sexy womans challenge for the summer. Please join me on becoming an even sexier hot woman by coming on here and talking about how you feel better when staying on your plan , comments people might say that encourage you to stay on plan or on the right track. Lets think about our goals who's with me ????? We have 90 days of 2014 Summer and followed with Fall 2014 beginning September 23 . I know I can make lots of changes in 90 days if I focus on one day at a time . I am adding lots of water for sure water is so much easier for me to consume in the summer. I like to freeze bottles of water and take them on the road with me. I plan to lose 2 lbs per week to reach my goal of 199 . I hope to see lots of fired up motivated chicks who are tired of putting themselves off and start doing what makes ourselves feel good and sexy ! LOL It really does start by feeling good about yourself and believing in yourself and that I do !!!!

Hi there skittlesfirehawk ! how have you been. I had a huge wedding here on the farm this weekend that was crazy as in busy , stressful , etc. I am normally a gym person but since its summertime just wanted to try to do some stuff around the house to come up with the SWEAT ( workout ) what are you doing for your plan ?

This sounds like fun. I'd love to stick to a game plan for the summer as I'm just getting started. I'm drinking plenty of water, eating no more than 1200 calories a day, jogging 2 miles or doing leg or arm workout (as long as I burn 300+ calories), and staying positive.

I make sure to get on here or on Pinterest before a workout to motivate myself and get myself pumped before working out - it's great inspiration, for sure.

I'd like to lose 10-15 lbs before the end of summer and believe I can as long as I commit

I have spent 3 hours in the gym this morning I guess I am trying to make up for a few absent days. I had a killer workout with 1 hour Triple Threat , 1 hour of Zumba ( I had forgotton how much fun it was ) !!!!! them followed by one hour weight lifting ! I feel so pumped !!! I just have to learn more control in the kitchen ! I hear 80% in the kitchen and 20% in the gym. I really love exercising and now I need to really get in cotrol of my eating . I know you have to look at everything one day at a time. I also realize everyday on your plan does matter. Good Luck to SophiasMom and SkittlesFirehawak

Hi Sophia ! how's it going for you ? I just started a neighborhood/friends weigh in at my house today. I think starting off on July 1 is a great new starting place we are doing a 12 week summer challenge. Our normal weigh in will be on Monday's we are all excited about it Hope you have a great July also

Hi Dumplin

It's going pretty good, thanks for asking. I took a break from working out - yesterday and today - because I think I may have pulled something on my right thigh, but that didn't keep me from counting calories! Lol It feels a lot better today so I'm picking back up tomorrow. I haven't weighed myself yet. I'm due for a weigh in Thursday.

I think it's great that you have such a great network so close to you. Unfortunately, I'm the only one from my immediate bunch to want to diet and work out, but that's why I have a powerhouse group like you all on here

Will you be posting your weigh ins on here? If so, I may switch to Mondays to join in on the fun

Woke up 1.8 pounds sexier this morning

I follow 5:2 plan; today is a normal eating day. I was really craving for almonds this morning, so I had those for bfast...who says bfast has to be bacon and eggs...

What are you guys doing about weight loss?

I've been doing this on my own for a bit - little success in weight loss, but some noticeable body changes. I was going to try the Daily HIIY/BodyRockers videos. They have 30 day thing starting soon.

Thanks Tammy for starting this challenge . I'd love to be sexy Trying to get my water in daily also I love that you have community weigh-ins going on in your neighborhood, that's got to be fun and good job on your workouts

Sophia, Good job on your workouts and sorry about your thigh, hope it's better. I'm the only one around me that wants to lose weight/get healthy right now also. That's why 3FC has always been my go to place I've had workout partners before but the excuses start and I am left alone, but not when I come here

Sum look at you go keep up the great work

souvenir, noticeable body changes are great , keep up the great work

I'm doing the 5:2 diet, trying to get my water in, and walking ... hope I see this through I recorded my stats from the beginning of the challenge but won't actually weigh in to start until tomorrow.
