Welcome to all those who joined since! I needed to get my act together, I feel like this challenge it's going to be different. I have a different frame of thinking the last few weeks. I've a wedding in October and I bought a dress for my regular size I wear and it's too tight. So it's an incentive for me to fit into it comfortably by October. Hope the second week is going well.
Dreamer2012 - My week isn't going well, but it is all my fault. I am putting the wrong things into my body. I was down to 146 at WI, and now I am up to 148! I gained everything and more that I lost last week. I am in my calorie range today and will stay in it. I will do this! I need to be where I should be for myself and my family.

I am back down to 146.5 today. I did well yesterday. I ate good and drank my water (which is a huge win for me). So I am hoping to continue to go in the right direction. Breakfast and lunch are already planned and done and I am working on dinner. I can do this!!
My goal is to lose 10 lbs. by the end of this challenge

My WI are on Friday. I hope that is ok. I lost 2.1 lbs this week! I'll take it!
