Nice leisurely walk with the family today. Planning on doing another bodyweight circuit tonight if we get time (upper body ONLY, because my butt is totally sore from yesterday's run).

So I'm joining this a bit late this month because I just reactivated my account after 2 years. My goal for the remainder of the month is to work out/exercise every day (making sure my rest days are ACTIVE rest days).
