I had a friend visiting from out of town - so you know what that means -- I fell off just a little!!

helpmelose I fell off the wagon big time. Last week I got to see 159.4 and today I weighed in at 168. Which cleanse are you doing?

Now it's just a matter of keeping that loss and building on it. Which always seems to be the catch when I have a solid weigh in day.

TrayTeam I hear ya' :) I'm losing my bloat no real weight loss just water. I need to get back to my low of 159.4 :crossed:
