I haven't been worrying about diet at all really, and I've been somewhat not really keeping up with my exercise (though continuing my dance classes). So I was quite pleased when I weighed in at 135 today, especially after a trip home the previous weekend. I'll try to remember to weigh in Saturday. Even though I didn't reach my ambitious challenge goal, I'm not disappointed with where I'm at right now.

The thing about challenges is the end always seems so far away. And then that day always comes! And we can choose to have that day come with positive health changes or not. Trying to psych myself up for the next challenge!
I did not hit my goal but I was on plan almost the entire challenge. I did hit the 140's today so I am super excited!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Well done to each and every one who stuck until the end Challenges are always difficult - especially if you are going the wrong way. For those who didn't make it to their goals or are somewhat disappointed, don't give up. I've been a disaster for the last few weeks but I'm slowly getting back into the habit again. Hope to see you all for Challenge 4!
