Week 5 Weigh In!
I have been missing a lot lately for the last few weeks, only coming to check back in every couple of days.
I've been doing pretty terrible, but I refuse to give up. I just need to find my motivation again. I'm back to the heaviest I've been in two years which is depressing. My clothes look awful on me and I feel terrible in them. I got news during the week of a wedding that is in October - I would like to have 20lbs off my then. A small doable goal if I put my mind to it!
Do any of you use anything good weigh loss apps I could get on my phone? I'd be interested to hear about them.
