munchey, Jump right in! Anyone is welcome, anytime of the year I have added you onto the Challenge 3 worksheet.

Mara, I have added you onto the spreadsheet on the Challenge 3 worksheet. If you would like to set a goal, you may edit this.

forkeeps2013, you don't have to use the spreadsheet at all. There for convenience of those who want to take part. Although, I did think you didn't need a gmail account to edit the spreadsheet.

Note of the spreadsheet:
As this is a yearly challenge, the spreadsheet will be used for the entire year. This means that there won't only be one worksheet in the spreadsheet. If you click into the spreadsheet, down below there are different worksheets. They read Challenge 1 - Completed!, Challenge 2 - Completed!, Challenge 3 - Current Challenge. When you are signing up for this challenge, make sure you add your name to the Challenge 3 worksheet. The spreadsheet will automatically open up on the Challenge 1 worksheet.

Today is weigh in day! How did everyone get on this week?

I was up 0.2lb. Going to try iron that out this week. I'm off to the gym this morning before a busy Saturday I have planned for the rest of the day.

I took the plunge this week and raised my calories. I am down 1.6 pounds this week! I am ecstatic! This is almost the lowest I've been in over 10 years, maybe more. Sooooo looking forward to the 160s, I can almost taste it!!!

Gah, I went back up again. I'm not surprised...actually I was surprised that the gain was so low considering how poorly I've eaten.

I'm really glad I've finally gotten into an exercise routine I can stick to consistently. But I really need to get my diet into place.

Hi all-- I'm a late joiner but would love to take part in this challenge-- the time frame is exactly perfect for me, since it will bring me right up to a wedding I'm attending at the end of June that I really want to look good for-- that's my motivation right now. I have a beautiful size 4 dress from Anthropologie that I wore last winter that I have decided I want to wear to the wedding, so my big goal is being able to fit into that so I don't have to blow money on something new. I've been off plan for a while now, but I'm ready and determined to jump right back in, especially since time is moving so quickly!

I'm adding myself to the spreadsheet. I'm making my goal for 7 lbs-- 1 lb a week from now until the end date. I really would love to lose more, but that's the most I can put right now while still being realistic. I hope I can do it, guys!

I'm weighing in early this week. I have a day trip to NYC for my daughter's B-day and Mother's Day and I'm thinking I'll probably not have the time to weigh in the am.

Stredel & BigChiefHoHo: Those are fabulous losses! There must be something in the air this week because I'm down 2.8 pounds too. Finally in the 160's!!!!
