Count me in for this challenge! A few years ago I went from 190 to 145 and got in the best shape of my life, even completed several triathlons. After a bad knee injury I've gained all the weight back and I've been struggling to get my fitness back.
My goals for Challenge 3 will be to reach: 180 lbs and to do my first 5k since the injury.

I'd like to join please! This is perfect timing for me as this challenge will cover my birthday and my first 10km run for charity. Yikes! I've lost all motivation and re-gained :-( so my target is a bit ambitious but here's hoping.
