I'll be alternating NROL Stage 1 (3 days/week) and Cardio or HIT workout (at least 2 days/week).

Week One:
March 30: 30 Day Shred - Level 1
March 31: NROL Stage 1 workout A with cardio interval
April 1: 30 Day Shred - Level 2
April 2: NROL Stage 1 workout B with cardio interval, 1 hour martial arts class
April 3: OFF
April 4: NROL Stage 1 workout B with cardio interval
April 5: OFF

Week Two:
April 6: NROL Stage 1 workout B with cardio interval
April 7: 30 Day Shred Level 1
April 8: OFF

Ahhhhhh! March sucked! I was away for two weeks and just in holiday mood for so long. I need to get back on track and get rid of my holiday gain. It's depressing me so much yet I just can't get motivated to get moving again. I'm going to set a small goal for this month and hope I can get into this.

I've been lifting lighter weights and doing 30 day shred consistently but boy is this NROL workout making me sore...and hungry...and tired
