  • Whether your hemisphere is moving into spring (Northern) or fall (Southern), April is a terrific month for making changes toward a healthy lifestyle. The monthly weight loss challenge is a great place to track your progress in April and, then, follow through with each monthly thread for the rest of the year.

    State your goal for April and join a supportive and encouraging group to help you meet it. We will compile our goals into a list. As each goal is met during the month, it gets turned RED in celebration.

    I want to be under 200lbs by the end of April. I think it is very doable.

  • I will start with 10 lbs as my goal for this month! Just starting back on my weightloss journey.
  • My goal is 12lbs that's down to 249 for me
  • Total newbie here, joining the gym today... hoping to lose 10lb in April.
  • This month I am dropping my expectations significantly lol. I'm going to take a slower approach so I'm going for 4.75 lbs this month.
