Hit a major plateau but I'm proud to say I pushed through it and now I'm losing again :)

Still stuck at 195. Seems like I keep losing and gaining the same 3 lbs over and over. Very frustrating.

Well I got in half of my workouts for the goal and only 3 pounds away from goal. I'd call that a win :)
