Clearly, my hips are going to be the hardest thing to downsize.

Also - way to go Avezy on pushing through that plateau! I think that I was plateau'd for a bit, too. Are you still making progress?

Still stuck at 195. Seems like I keep losing and gaining the same 3 lbs over and over. Very frustrating.

Well I got in half of my workouts for the goal and only 3 pounds away from goal. I'd call that a win :)
