^ It's interesting that you say that because I swear, sometimes I can just "feeeel" when my body is going to slow down in weight loss too. Like, I woke up this morning, looked at myself in the mirror and said "I didn't lose anything today" and sure enough I was right lol. Those are the days when I find ways to change it up just a bit. I hate stalls lol.
