I can lose 1.5 lbs/day for only about 5 days, so it's not sustainable.
Now if I lose too fast I try to eat more to slow the decline and lately it's 0.6 lb/day and I seem to be able to hold this rate. I now keep a food diary to figure out what contributed to what.
I lost a few lbs and am up 1, ugh! I hate the weekends and I was actually good and stayed on plan. Wish I wasn't so tired all the time. I'm finding it hard to exercise lately. That might be why I'm up. Have a good week.
First goal 25 lbs by June 1st. I will fit into my summer clothes!- MET 5/30/14
Tomorrow is the day and I sadly didn't meet my goal by just under 10 pounds it's ok though. I had a bunch of stuff come up last month that threw me way off track until now. I'm just happy with how close I got and I plan on doing even better this summer
