  • I'm trying to focus more on exercise so I'd like to join this after taking too many months off. My goal is to run 5x and do 12 other exercise sessions. I don't want to be too specific, I just want to make sure I do something.

  • My goal for March is to complete weeks 9-12 of Bob Greene's 12 week body makeover.
    So this means I need to do 3 sets of strength exercises, 6 sets of functional and 6 cardio, 5 regular (30 mins) and 1 double (60 mins) per week.

    March 1 - 1 double cardio, 75 min 3.17 mile snow hike
  • My goal for March is 1200 minutes. My husband wants to try with me so I think this will be a better month than the last two.

  • Hello! I have never joined in here before, but my March goal is 1800 minutes of exercise! I try to get in 30 minutes of my Zumba xbox game in before anyone else in my house is even awake!
