So I missed my goal by 1.75 lbs. I saw goal at one point during the month but that went away after starting heavy lifting and then got further away after a 4 day binge eating fest. Sigh. But I got back on track before I quit and was able to undo some of the damage. But 10.25 lbs this month isn't bad at all considering!!
Well, I guess I made goal, even though I wasn't at a straight 150...it was still 5 lbs. Yippee!!! Now on to April. Congrats to all of you who made goal...but also to those that didn't make goal, but are still staying accountable. See you on the April challenge!

Had a rough weekend, my little brother (who lives with me) beside to make Mississippi mud pie (which is my most favorite dessert ever!) and I so happen to eat too much of it over the weekend. Today is a new day, I have my health lunch made for work, my have my dinner planned out and I have my FitBook so I can track everything!
