I had a really nice birthday with all my loved ones. I didn't track calories and I might have kinda eaten all the food, but it was mmh delicious and totally worth it. I expect a gain this week. Back to my normal eating today though
Best thing about yesterday: I managed to pull through the entire 21k! Woohoo! My official half-marathon is only 5/31, so I'm excited I can do it already.
summersky14 sorry about the snow! We had like 20°C over here yesterday! Was sitting outside in only shorts and tank top. Also, amazing loss this month! May I ask what your plan is?
