Just completed my second month on IP today!!! I have averaged 15 a month so far w a total weight loss of 31 and some change. Looking for another 15 starting march 8 ending April 8... That is the day before my birthday. What a wonderful present to myself to weigh in at 190 flat for the first time since the birth of my third little girl!! Here we go! 15 here i come.

good morning guys
it's my weigh-in day, and I'm a little disappointed. I had a good week and yeah, I did track my intake accurately with a scale. I didn't exercise as hard as I usually do because I was exhausted and I pulled something in my leg, but I made sure to walk instead. So yeah, sucky, but I guess it balances out with the big loss I had last week.
Hope everyone else is doing better on the scale
P.S. I just got woken up by the drunk kids upstairs playing Alligatoah - Willst Du -- and even when they played it earlier at 2:32am, I though it was a good song Take care guys!

After 5 days of not being able to keep any food in my system (it LITERALLY ran right through me....even the tea seemed to not stick), I am finally seeing the light of day. I lost 7 pounds during the madness but I must say, I would take that 7 pounds back in a heartbeat rather than going through those awful 5 days again. TOM came during the craziness too so I was just beat down. Gonna start eating again slooooowly. Ugh. Glad the worst is over.

Sooo close to out of the 200s! I'm still finding it hard to fit in exercise.. sometimes I get so busy I can't imagine having to use an hour to go for a walk! Last night I didn't start my walk until 6 last night.. was dark when I got home.. and my front calves were burning so bad I thought I would give up.. but 25 min into it they finally went numb and I pushed on...lol

I could have sworn that I posted the past couple of days. I haven't been exercising due to my foot hurting the past couple of weeks...and amazingly the scale has finally budged for the first time in months. DH kind of challenged me not to weigh in everyday, not really challenged, he just asked what I thought would happen if I didn't weigh in everyday, which got me wondering as well, so I said I would not weigh in until Friday, weekly WI day, and of course forgot all about it this morning and hopped on the scale... so I'm going to try and remember not to weigh in and still work my program.
