My low (this half decade) was 144. I went up to 147 over Christmas and recently hit 148.8. I have been failing miserably at getting back to 144 even though it's less than 5 lbs but I want to do better.
In 2010 I lost over 80lbs taking me from 250 to somewhere in the low 160s. Naturally life happened and I managed to re-gain all of it plus an extra 45lbs. I started back in January at a weight of 295. My plan is to meet the goal I was going toward when I gained it all back.
