    I propose that those of us who have gained a little or a lot after losing it initially meet here and work to get back to where we were.
  • My low (this half decade) was 144. I went up to 147 over Christmas and recently hit 148.8. I have been failing miserably at getting back to 144 even though it's less than 5 lbs but I want to do better.

    Day 2 1400 cals 148 lbs down 0.8lbs
  • Ooh, I need this challenge!! I've been struggling to get back to my previous low, 157 for a long time now.

    I am currently between 161-163 right now.

    Morning of Day 3 148.2lbs up 0.2 from yesterday, down 0.6 from restart.

  • I need this. I was 208 before Christmas and been going up and down on the scale. Today at 216.8
  • Still 161.8. Better than up!

    In 2010 I lost over 80lbs taking me from 250 to somewhere in the low 160s. Naturally life happened and I managed to re-gain all of it plus an extra 45lbs. I started back in January at a weight of 295. My plan is to meet the goal I was going toward when I gained it all back.
