Default Make 2014 Your Goal Year! Challenge 2/6: Valentine’s Day to Easter Sunday

(This tread is part of a 2014 yearly challenge. See Challenge 1 HERE)

On Friday the 14th, Challenge 2 will begin! Are we all still hanging in there? Have any of you struggled the last few weeks after festive season? However Challenge 1 went for you, 2 is a fresh start and to commit yourself once again.

Weigh in days for Challenge 2 will be on Sundays. This is to coincide with Easter Sunday when Challenge 2 ends. However, I know that people have their own weigh in days so you can weigh in on or before the Sunday.


Challenge 2 is now open for editing in the spreadsheet! There are more columns on this one. Please fill in Column’s A,B & C to start with. I will update D after a couple of days. Then each week enter under the correct date. I will update Column N each week, so you don’t have to do anything with that one either.

Anyone can join in any time during the year! You’re encouraged to set goals/targets too. You can copy the format below or use your own format. Best of luck.

Challenge 2: Valentine’s Day until Easter Sunday (February 14th to April 20th)

My goal for Challenge 2 will be to reach: 135lbs

Start Weight 14/02/2014:143.2
23/02/2014: 145 Expected this gain
02/03/2014: 145.8
09/03/2014: Pre Holiday Weight: 143.4
16/03/2014: On Holidays
23/03/2014: Back from holidays... The damage is 153.8. Time to get back in the game from tomorrow onwards This is the highest weight I've been in about 3 years!
30/03/2014: 153.6
06/04/2014: 152.0
13/04/2014: 152.6
End Weight 20/04/2014: 152.0

Total Loss:No loss
