Looks like last week was just a fluke, yay. Not sure if I'll make my 155 lb goal for the challenge, but I think I'll be close, anyway.

Morning Ladies. I saw a nice 2 pound drop - lovely. I wasn't able to raise my exercise level ( and saw 10 less foot miles than less week-I monitor all day). I would say the drop is due to another week of NO WHITES, (no white flour, no wheat, no white sugar, low starchy carbs plus no pm snacking). Will be keeping these food practices up.

Hope everyone is seeing good results. One more month to GO!

Maybe next week I'll be back at my starting weight

I wonder if our minds need breaks from dieting? I was experiencing diet fatigue. Luckily, I did not go overboard and I have been on maintaining mode, only a few pound gain.

I have been back OP for a few days and my mind is being conditioned to my daily workouts and healthier eating habits.

Do you ever take a break? Intentional or unintentional?

I am just really happy that my break did not mean a 10 pound gain, which it has often happened. I feel that there might be home for me what comes to maintaining my weight once I hit goal

I may bot hit my 130 pound goal, but if I could get down to 135 I would be one happy lady!! I have not been 135 pounds in 7 years. And 135 pounds would mean size 6 ....so here's to success!

Hey guys! I'm back from holidays I was in New York for the last two weeks, I only go back this morning. I decided to face the scales and see the damage. I was eating out nearly every night so I have a lovely 10lb gain :O I'm the highest weight I've been in nearly 3 years BUT not to worry, I decided around a week before I go I was just going to not worry and enjoy myself and work hard at it once I get back. Our clocks go forward next Sunday (I'm in Europe) and I think the longer evenings will be more encouraging for exercising. There was weeks I did so well because I was great all week and let myself a have treat lunch on a Friday. This is going to be the plan. Then add in my exercise at the gym. Time to brush up for the summer. 2014 WILL be my goal year.

I have fixed up the spreadsheet - based on those who have entered a weight for today's weigh in (23/03), I will continue to update the weight lost column over the next few days as the rest add in their weigh ins. Best of luck guys for the next week!

I didn't lose very much this week, but I think I did well considering the circumstances. I was visiting my family which meant 4 days of driving with minimal food choices. I only ate at a fast food place twice and avoided all additional snacking. I counted all my calories and walked my dog everyday. I think I had enough of a calorie deficit to have a larger loss which I will see once the bloat from my good bye dinner goes away.

Goal Loss: 10.6 lbs
Total Loss: 4.0 lbs

Sum, when I had a lot to loss I would loss 10, maintain for a while, loss 10, maintain for a while, well you get the idea. I was as concerned with maintenance or more so because I'ld had it with losing and gaining weight over the years. I will always have to focus on my health/weight but am pleased to catch myself earlier. You have been so helpful to me, I know you are a success story, just a matter of time till you are on maintenance.

Thanks workinglikeadog. I seem to take a break at 2's... I was at 162 for awhile, then 152 and now at 142... My mind is ready to diet again, but body is not following the suit -- It is ovulation time and I seem to be retaining a ton of water. I am all bloated and puffy. This too shall pass, and I am hoping to see a loss in a few days; hard to be patient, though.

I keep forgetting that I'm in this challenge! Crap! Will go update the spreadsheet. So far I'm about 9 pounds from goal. Hopefully that's doable!
