Haven't messaged in a while.
Lost a small amount of weight since valentines day but I have not been strict enough. The last couple days I've been eating 600 calories a day for example one dinner in the evening with plently of tea/diet coke/water during the day or else I have been juicing fruit on other days. I want to do this way of eating for a few more days as I need to see a drop in the scales to get motivated. Then I will continue to diet-eat normally. I have also started speed walking.
Interested to know what does your diet consist of?
Been missing a lot since the start of this challenge - so busy with work and not really doing much to improve my health. Got back on track today and near back down to what I started on. I'm off now for two weeks for holidays. So I hope you all have a great and successful two weeks!
