My goal for Challenge 2 will be to reach: 216.4 lbs Start Weight 2/14: 216.9 2/16: 216.9 2/23: 216.8 3/2: 216.7 3/9: 3/16 = 3/23: 3/30: 4/6: 4/13 = End Weight 4/20: Lent (3/5-4/19) starts this week and I am giving up Fizzy Soda Pop and Fast Food. |

Whoops - I totally forgot about this. Didn't even turn my computer on yesterday.
I am so cross - I have been stuck at 152 for ages. it did dip down last week but bounced back up again. Can't seem to shift it. I'm up slightly with water weight, but I'm cutting out a few allowable but unnecessary foods for the few weeks and I hope that will give me the kick start I need!

Haven't messaged in a while. Lost a small amount of weight since valentines day but I have not been strict enough. The last couple days I've been eating 600 calories a day for example one dinner in the evening with plently of tea/diet coke/water during the day or else I have been juicing fruit on other days. I want to do this way of eating for a few more days as I need to see a drop in the scales to get motivated. Then I will continue to diet-eat normally. I have also started speed walking. Interested to know what does your diet consist of? Been missing a lot since the start of this challenge - so busy with work and not really doing much to improve my health. Got back on track today and near back down to what I started on. I'm off now for two weeks for holidays. So I hope you all have a great and successful two weeks!

I just don't know how eveyone can have such consistent weigh-ins! :dizzy: My scale (like my body, ha) bounces too much. I can see my progress better if I average the weigh-ins over a week.
