I don't know why my weight is up but it's been on the rise for 2 weeks now, so my goal as of right now is just to get back to my ticker weight!

4. 145 lbs = Goal Weight BMI of 22.0
MAINTENANCE GOAL:
Stay between 145 lbs and 155 lbs

Hi all,happy February! Only 49 days til spring!

Since I have a post treat gain today, I'm just making my goal 151.

I don't want to say I'm losing 8.6 pounds when I'm really only losing 4.5, 151 is a scary enough number for me on it's own...

Best of luck to everyone, let's do this, great time to renew those resolutions!

Well it was an amazing month last month...ending out at 246, so my goal this month is 236! 10 lbs....

I know that I will eat things I shouldn't, that the scale will rise for it, that it will also rise for no reason from time to time....BUT I will not let that get me down, it will not defeat me.... I will return another day and keep at it!

I would like to join this month... I usually only weigh myself every Monday but I did weigh myself to get my current weight for the start of this month.

CW: 240lbs
GW: 230lbs.

Loss 10lbs this month...
