I loss 3.2lbs in October but it's only because I started out as usual with a gain.
10/01 ~ 162.0
10/31 ~ 158.8
11/01 ~ 160.0 and today after low/no carbs yesterday I whooshed down to 156.8. Let's hope I can keep this going. I really want to see 150 this month. The kids are sitting here eating cookies and milk, ramen noodles and peanut butter toast, smh ... oh the temptations
but I'm not gonna cave.
I have decided to no/low carb till Thanksgiving. One of my cousins is doing what I did in the beginning to get to this weight and she looks GREAT. She has given me the push to get it going again. I think I was settling at this weight, not a good idea since this is not where I truly want to be.
I have loss 22.2lbs this year. I still have 26.8lbs to go to get to 132.
that is such a big number to me.
