August seems like it was a hard month for some of us (ME - BIGTIME!) LOL... Lets lose all that water weight we gained and ALOT extra this September. Just like the kids in this world.. its back to School and time to relearn what we had known to do our weight loss journey the right way! I believe in YOU all!

Well, I struggled this year. I know part of it was medical, but I really need to get remotivated. I am not going to meet my original goal but that is okay. Just need to keep going.

I am hoping to lose 40 lbs this year. That is 3.33 lbs a month. I'm joining this challenge on 2/26 at 216.8. The year started at 231 and the goal for 12/31 is 191.

SW 1/1/14 = 231

January + February Total Loss: -14.2
March Total Loss: -.6
April Total Loss: -1.4
May Total Loss: -1.5
June Total Loss: -2.1
July Total Loss: -1.4
August Total Loss: -2

9/7= 207.4 This week's loss: -.4

I know I'm a little late but I'm a challenge junkie! I (re)started on 8/4/14 at 281.4 and I am currently (9/10/14) at 261.8, as of this morning.

I am hoping to be at 235 by Christmas. That's -26.8 lbs in about 15 weeks. I may not can do it but I'm sure gonna try!
