  • I am hoping to lose 40 lbs this year. That is 3.33 lbs a month. I'm joining this challenge on 2/26 at 216.8. The year started at 231 and the goal for 12/31 is 191.

  • I want to see if I can lose a total of 50 pounds, from now until 12/31. That is a little less than 1.5 pounds a week. I expect to fall a little short, but that's okay. Shoot for the moon, and even if you miss...

  • Days, weeks and now what feels like months are being wasted... No more! I want to get to goal this year and I need to work harder.

    It is easier now that weather is starting to co-operate. (70F and sunny; yeah, baby!) I am craving to fit into smaller shorts and dresses. I still have a few months before summer gets here; I WILL fit into my 6's I bought for the summer!

  • Had a bad Easter weekend of eating (mentally I lost and gave in) sigh... Back up into the 230's ARGH! and I was closer to 220 than ever before this time last week. Will get there again! Yes I will!
