I am hoping to lose 40 lbs this year. That is 3.33 lbs a month. I'm joining this challenge on 2/26 at 216.8. The year started at 231 and the goal for 12/31 is 191.

Sum.. I am so darn inpressed with your losses. WOW you are getting so close to your goal... its just teens away!

AAD I think that you will surprise yourself with how far you will get this year! You are doing awesome!

I lost 2.8 lbs this month.. not my 5.5 that I know I needed too.. but mentally tough and sad month. March is the start of Spring and I am going to find the Spring song in my soul this month!

I've been away from the website for a bit. Having too many weeks off this early in the year hasn't been great for staying motivated. I've got no more time off until I leave Korea in just over two months so I have no excuses. I'm just less than 2 kilos heavier than my low weight pre-January vacation so my short term goal is to get back there.

Everyone seems to be doing great, I hope some of it rubs off on me!! Darius 1.1 pounds is still 1.1 pounds in the right direction. You've done amazing so far this year and unfortunately there'll be some small weeks mixed in with the big ones!

234.8 today 2.2 above my lowest... so have more water to shed..

wanna - thank you! lol! 7 of those pounds came from a stomach virus but I've been on plan 100% of the time otherwise. I've been pulling every trick out of the bag, switching things up constantly at the smell of a plateau lol. It's been working and I couldn't be more pleased. It HAS to work because I have 2 months left to fit into a bridesmaids dress lol.
