    Okay so I technically started the month out two pounds higher than I wrote above, but it was water weight from vacation so I thought it would be more accurate to start with my lowest weight in June. Either way, July has been my second best month yet! Woohoo!

  • Well, I'm down 3 total pounds since June/24. I would have liked to be down more, but I didn't put in the level of effort I should have. I hope to bring more focus to bear in August. I have no travel planned, no company coming, no distractions in the way. I should make August a month to really focus on myself and reinforce good habits.

    I need to lose 29 more pounds to reach my goal for the year, eek!
