I think I would like to come join a long term challenge. I am late to the party, but I can do 7 months!
I weigh on Fridays! and I would love to see 250 (70 pounds lost, 10 pounds a month) by the end of the year. That's a bit ambitious, so realistically, with holidays and moving (possibly twice), I'm hoping to get to 270, so 50 pounds lost, by the end of December. I like to set a base goal, then an "ambitious" goal to reach for if I do better than I thought I would.
I'll be starting by missing a week, because I'll be traveling, but it's a work trip for DH, and I'm tagging along to visit family after the work part is done since it'll be up that way. The hotel has a fitness center, so I'm taking my gym clothes with me!
