I'm in! I am either going to do a Leslie Sansone indoor walking video, or I'm going to get outside and do a lap at the walking park, depending on the weather. (We had some nice days in December so it's possible there might be some nice ones in January too.) So my goal is walking 20 times. Thanks Joy!

I'm in! I did a December exercise challenge and found it to be very motivating. My goal is to work out 6 days a week. I do a combination of video exercise programs, walking my dog, hiking, and even back country snowmobiling (which is actually very difficult and great exercise!) and I'm thinking of doing some snow-shoeing and some cross country skiing this year also. I don't have skis yet, but am thinking of investing in a pair.

I am afraid my goal may be the lowest one on here, LOL. I am going for 1000 minutes on the treadmill. I want to set something that I am pretty sure that I will reach. I have been doing well with it for about 2 months, now its time to pick up the pace a little more. Can't wait to get this goal met and set one a little higher for next month!!!

I really need to figure out how to change my tracker too. I just got a new scale today because mine was way off, like 6 pounds in 3 minutes off . I am now at 210.4. This scale lets me put in my start weight (today's) set a goal weight, and then it will save my last weigh in too. I need to read the direction to figure it all out.

Okay, I am going to join this thread along with the January weight loss. I want to work out 20 of the next 31 days. (copying after onebyone, Jacqui, and pixikat) Whether it be one of my exercise videos or some outdoor walking...I've got to get moving!!!

Susan1975 - I just finally got my new scale programmed. The directions were a pain!! Hope you find yours to be easier...and your goal is just fine.
EagleRD - sounds like you have lots of interesting options. I am not a cold weather fan, but it sounds like you have some good ideas planned.
Everyone else - sounds like you all have to pretty high goals. Cheers to us! I am hoping the new year brings all of us great success stories!
