well I have just weight myself and I am not far off what I though I would weigh, thought around 240 and actually 242 pounds. maintained at this weight since I left weight watchers back in sept. now to start again, going for 7 pounds in January.

I took my January starting weight - 148 this afternoon, though it's been more like 146 most of the week, so I should probably consider that my starting weight. We'll see what it is first thing in the morning.

I'm planning on counting calories and focusing on a whole foods plant based diet. I cleaned out the junk food in my kitchen the morning, and planned out my meals for tomorrow. I'm set! Let's get started.

I am in again. I am going to shoot for 6.2 pounds this month. Hopefully I will surpass that but will set it there for now. If I make this goal that will put me at halfway to my goal weight. My reward for that is a new "small" tattoo!!

Well, most of my fitness plans fell through for the day, but I walked two miles with 22 pounds of weights tonight. It was a DownDay so I hardly ate anything.
Tomorrow is an UpDay. More food, more exercise.

Just had a huge veggie omelet for breakfast (fresh mushrooms, onions, spinach and one piece crumbled bacon with one egg fried in olive oil) 6 WW pts and so filling!
It snowed here overnight, so I have to deal with getting to work in the slop. I beat my husband to shoveling the walks, so I got at least a little exercise for today so far. I hate the cold...and the snow is pretty...but it is still too cold.

I'm in! My starting weight from yesterday was 205.4 lbs. and I plan to lose 6 pounds and get under 200 (!, OMG!)
I'll only post on Thursdays after my WW weigh-in because these daily ups and and downs are starting to make me crazy

I'm maintaining at 172. I hope once TOM ends, I'll have a slight whoosh. I don't know though. I had quite a few whoosh days leading up to it! Still, I'd settle for a baby whoosh, lol!

NightAngel, yay on 260! And I always weigh in the morning with no clothes on. A few weeks ago, just to see what the difference would be, I weighed at night with clothes on and then again in the morning with clothes off, and it was an 8 lb difference! You can bet I will always weigh naked in the morning, lol! :

I dipped down slightly from my Monday weight and was 201.7 yesterday, hoping to be 200ish by Monday 6th..fingers crossed!!

Hey everyone! I am seeing lots of awesome goals! I love that we have so many people in this challenge, hopefully it means we can keep each other and ourselves that much more motivated and in high spirits.

boating OMG your omelet does sound delicious!!!

Southern oooh a new tatt! do you know what you are going to get and where yet?

183 hopefully school will be nice and quiet and allow much studying... no getting distracted by netflix! that is my main downfall lol

shr1nk1ngme I understand that your plan rotates high calorie days with low calorie days from what you said, sounds interesting. what do you eat on high calorie days?

Kilketay good for you for cleaning out the kitchen of junk! So much easier to stay on track when it is not there lurking and calling to you.

jacqui Im working off, some of it came off yesterday... see!!! It is so cold though it will be more likely be coffee and tea instead of water.

With such a big group I don't have the time and energy to do personals for everybody, so I will leave off here for now. Keep up the amazing work everyone!
