Still a little behind but not too worried since I am focusing more on yoga in the winter months. I did the same last year and still got over 1500 miles. My real goal is to aim for 1600 this year by starting earlier in Spring and continuing a little later into the Fall/Winter.
Getting on board late here! I love to walk! I'm not breaking any records (darn snow!), but it's finally clearing up (for now!) so here are my stats so far. I'll have to add a walking tracker to my profile:
75:1000, well got motivated to try a new routine once my ankle started feeling better, then I go and get sick... Really? Can't I just do this without one problem or another? But I guess that is life.
Well...I use my Fitbit which I wear 24/7 so I am including everything, too. I'm not the OP/host/challenge leader. But, my guess is that everyone is kind of doing it their own way. I figure the purpose of the challenge is to just get people moving more every day not to complicate things or make it difficult. It isn't like a contest with a prize or anything...at least not the way I am understanding it.
