Exercise: walked 30 mins

The Weather is crazy here and it looks like I'll be stuck in the house again for a few days after I make it home today. I am determined to stay in control of my eating though and I will get my workouts in. I'm hoping that I don't lose power.

I was really looking forward to my Weight Watchers meeting starting tomorrow but we may have to wait another week now.

Tyla - I hope all is going good with you.

Hope you're hanging in there, considering the weather. I'm sending you special wishes for strength. Doing good here. Although it was a little iffy this morning, but I overcame my cravings.

Day 19

B: coconut water, eggbeaters, flax seed bread, WW oatmeal treat
L: popcorn, yogurt
D: 4 meatballs, salad, zucchini slices, tangerine

And I stayed within range. Yay!!

Day 54

So far so good for me. The power is still on and I'm hoping it stays on. In my area, we've gotten a little snow and freezing rain. This is supposed to go on for another 24 hours. I am staying in control of my eating and I started crocheting a baby blanket for a friend. That is keeping my mind off food.

B: baked sweet potato, coffee w/ 1/2 C skim milk
L: Shrimp & Grits, Veggies, 100 Cal pk of cookies
D: Lean Cuisine or Healthy Choice Cafe Steamer, Skinny Cow Heavenly Crisp bar

Just put an exercise dvd and Super Shred book on hold at the library today. Just checking it out. I'm probably better off with my freedom, rather than eat very little calories. Have you read it?

Hello Tyler, looks like we have both missed a few days of checking in. I have not fallen completely off the wagon but I have not been tracking nor working out. I did splurge on some Girl Scout cookies over the weekend but for the most part, I have been pretty much in control of my eating. Today I must start back tracking my Points and eating more wholesome foods. The start of my Weight Watchers meeting has been moved to 2/26 and I was so looking forward to getting started with it last week.

Here is the plan for today:

Day 55
B: Greek yogurt, coffee, 1/2 C skim milk
L: Healthy Choice Cafe Steamer
S: WW Pretzel Crisps, clementine, WW String cheese
D: TBD
Exercise: 20 min walk

Hi GettinFit, Where did you go today? I was so happy to see you post again.

I'm saying this is my day 2. Haven't been feeling well lately, and started eating stupidly again. I have gotten back on the horse yesterday and now today. Very happy that I'm back, baby.

B: eggbeaters, coconut water, flax seed bread
L: mushrooms, almonds, banana
D: oatmeal, raisins, pear
